Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants (MITA) aims to develop the way that teaching assistants can improve students’ outcomes by working in a whole class setting. It provides training, at different times, for all staff in the school. 


Are you interested in joining the London Leadership Strategy team as a Teaching Assistant Reviewer? They are looking to recruit 22 TA Reviewers to support a project run in partnership with UCL Centre for Inclusive Education and the Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants team (MITA), University of East London and funded by the Education Endowment Foundation
